About Designics

Designics Production is a 360° creative digital agency that provides a wide range of services including graphic design, 2D/3D animation, and UI/UX design. We also offer website and web app development, along with 3D modeling services for products, characters, and architectural projects. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, engaging digital experiences tailored to the needs of businesses, startups, agencies, and individuals. We operate across multiple platforms and technologies, ensuring client satisfaction through customized creative solutions. Every project we handle is approached with professionalism and a commitment to quality, constantly evolving with industry trends and client feedback.

Eligibility

To engage our services, users must be at least 18 years old. Minors may use our services only with legal guardian authorization. All clients must provide accurate, complete information and valid identification upon request. Business representatives must have the authority to enter into agreements with us. Misuse of services, providing false details, or violating these terms may result in suspension or termination of access.

Service Engagement

Service officially begins once both parties agree on scope and pricing. A written approval and an upfront deposit—usually 50%—are required before starting the project. Deliverables are shared according to an agreed timeline, and any changes to the scope must be communicated in writing. Major changes may incur extra costs. We assign a project manager when necessary and document progress and revisions thoroughly. Both client and team are expected to maintain professionalism throughout the engagement.

Project Timeline & Delivery

After analyzing your requirements, we provide timeline estimates. Delays in client feedback may lead to project rescheduling. While we maintain strict internal timelines and provide milestone updates, urgent deliveries may incur additional charges. Deliverables are sent through secure cloud platforms and are retained for 30 days after project completion. Final approval marks project closure, and the work is archived accordingly.

Revisions

Each service package includes a specific number of free revisions, which cover minor edits. Major redesigns or layout changes are subject to additional charges. Revision requests must be made within seven days of delivery. Delayed or unclear feedback may nullify revision rights. Unlimited revisions are offered only in premium packages. Verbal approvals are considered final unless stated otherwise. Once the final design is approved, the revision process concludes.

Payments & Billing

Our standard billing model requires 50% upfront and the remaining 50% before final delivery. Custom billing arrangements can be agreed upon in writing. Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or an online gateway. The invoice clearly states the payment currency. Late payments may attract interest after 10 business days, and non-payment can pause the project. Final files are released only after full payment. All transactions are documented via formal invoices.

Ownership & Copyright

Ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client only after full payment. Designics reserves the right to showcase completed projects for promotional purposes. Raw or editable files are not included unless previously agreed. Stock assets used are bound by their original provider’s license terms. Clients are not permitted to resell or alter the designs without prior consent. Designics retains moral rights over its creative work, and drafts or unused concepts remain our property.

Confidentiality

Both parties are obligated to maintain confidentiality throughout and after the project. Project information will not be shared without consent. We’re open to signing NDAs upon request, and all client data is stored securely. Third-party sharing of confidential material requires explicit approval. Breaches in confidentiality may lead to legal consequences. Our team members are also bound by strict internal policies to protect client assets and data.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation requests must be sent via email. Refunds are considered based on the amount of work completed, and no refunds are provided after final approval. In most cases, deposits are non-refundable. Processing refunds takes 5–10 business days. Projects canceled midway are billed proportionately. Clients forfeit revision rights upon cancellation. Inactivity for over 30 days may lead to automatic termination, and cancellation during execution must include a valid reason.

Third-Party Tools & Services

Designics may use licensed third-party tools, plugins, or APIs during project execution. While we aim to ensure reliable integrations, we are not responsible for third-party performance. Renewals and subscriptions for such tools are the client’s responsibility. We will notify you in advance if a paid third-party service is required. Hosting and domain services are managed externally unless otherwise contracted. Any issues stemming from third-party outages are beyond our control.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to submit all necessary content in a timely manner, provide prompt feedback, and approve deliverables at key stages. Communication should remain respectful, and sensitive information such as login credentials must be shared securely when required. Clients should also review all work before final approval and refrain from sharing incomplete work publicly. Any changes in project scope, branding, or objectives must be clearly communicated.

Limitation of Liability

Designics is not liable for business losses or damages arising from the misuse of delivered materials. Our responsibility ends upon project handoff. We do not guarantee specific results from third-party platforms or digital campaigns. Delays due to force majeure or content errors provided by the client are not our responsibility. Any liability, if applicable, is limited to the amount paid for our services.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate projects due to non-payment, unethical behavior, or breach of these terms. Clients will receive an official termination notice, and any partial work completed will be billed accordingly. In such cases, access to shared tools or raw files may be revoked. Legal actions may follow in cases of misuse, breach, or intellectual property violations.

Changes to Terms

These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Updates will be posted on our website, and clients are encouraged to review them periodically. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updates. Major changes will be communicated via email, and new projects will follow the latest version of the terms.
